The CashTracker CDS-1000 represents the very latest in Banknote handling and storage technology and is packed full of features designed to make note handling, storage and reconciliations simple and efficient. The CashTracker is designed to get excess banknotes quickly and safely away from up to 4 operating tills at once. In the event of a hold-up, the two key system takes the responsibility away from the operator to open the unit- thus protecting the bulk of the cash on the premises. 

The CashTracker intelligently recognizes all notes committed using note recognition technology via a bill acceptor and also tracks the activities of individual operators or different shifts. Damaged and badly soiled notes are accepted by the use of a bypass thus ensuring that all notes can be deposited. The bypass facility is also utilized for Operator Control Notes. 

A date & time stamped hardcopy receipt is automatically issued on committal of notes. The last 10 deposits are also maintained in memory for print off if desired. Removal of the stacker triggers a printed deposit report detailing date, time, amount by denomination and operator, and a grand total.

An illuminated internal management console displays the current grand total, date & time. A journal copy of all transactions is kept internally in the printer for management audit purposes. The Supervisor function provides a printed audit at the press of a button, giving you instant control over your cash.
